Email Delivery of Reports

Dorchester can now offer you the convenience of receiving future shareholder materials - annual reports, interim reports, shareholder newsletters and news announcements - electronically, rather than in print.

We are still required to send you any meeting notices and voting forms by post.

If you register, you will receive an e-mail directing you to the relevant document on our website, as it is released.

The benefits of e-mail notification include faster and more convenient receipt of shareholder materials, a reduction in Dorchester’s printing and postage costs, and a positive impact on the environment.

  • To register for online delivery of reports, you will need your shareholder number and FIN number.
  • You will be directed to the Computershare website, where you can update your shareholder details and subscribe for online delivery of reports.
