Recently Dorchester Finance purchased Gold Ridge Hotel in Queenstown.  This purchase is part of the strategy that Executive Director Mr. Paul Byrnes outlined at the Annual General Meeting on 17 February 2009.

When the details of this purchase were released to the market on March 3rd, Mr. Byrnes commented:
