Henry Lynch General Manager Group Operations

Henry Lynch is the General Manager of Group Operations for Dorchester.  He is responsible for all group operations including Dorchester Life, Senate Finance and new motor vehicle lending.  Henry has managed the Dorchester Life business as Chief Executive since October 2006 and prior to that held senior management and executive roles at Westpac, Tower and as CEO of Catalyst Risk Management.

Tristram van der Meijden General Manager Finance & Property

Tristram van der Meijden is General Manager Finance & Property with responsibilities for all accounting, IT, and collections of consumer and property loans. Tristram was Chief Financial Officer at Dorchester in 2006 and 2007 and in 2008 assisted the company in developing and finalising the successful Deferred Repayment Plan.  Previously, Tristram spent three years at Grant Thornton and two years in a property and finance role.
