NZX Waiver of Listing Rule 9.1.1

NZX on 4 February 2009 issued a Waiver of Listing Rule 9.1.1, which requires Dorchester Pacific to advise any transactions which it has entered into in reliance on the waiver on a quarterly basis.

Dorchester Pacific confirms that it has not completed any transactions in reliance on this waiver.
