Today Dorchester Pacific Limited held its AGM and also an EGM. Results of the resolutions are as follows:  

AGM

AUDITORS
Resolution 1
That Staples Rodway be reappointed as auditors of the Company and that the directors be authorised to fix the auditors’ remuneration.

PASSED 96.27% For

DIRECTORS
Resolution 2
That Mr Barry Graham, who retires by rotation and has offered himself for re-election, be re-elected as an independent Director of the company.

PASSED 91.90% For

Resolution 3
That Mr John Gosney, having been appointed since the last annual meeting and who therefore retires and is eligible for election, be elected as an independent director of the Company.

PASSED 99.50% For

Resolution 4
That Mr Paul Byrnes who is currently an executive director and who has offered himself for re-election, be re-elected as a director of the Company.

PASSED 98.38% For

Resolution 5
That Mr Nikolaos Zahariadis who has nominated himself and who stands for election under NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.2, be elected as a director of the Company.

LIQUIDATION
Resolution 1
By way of special resolution:
That Dorchester Pacific be placed into liquidation and PricewaterhouseCoopers be appointed as liquidator, with effect from the date and time on which this special resolution is passed.
