Dorchester announces that Director nominations are open and for the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5 the closing date for Director nominations is 4.00 p.m. Tuesday 28 July 2010.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting and must be accompanied by the consent in writing of the nominated person.
