St Laurence Limited to Exit Lending Activities

Dorchester Pacific Limited has a 25% shareholding in St Laurence Limited (SLL).  On 24 June 2008, SLL announced it would exit lending activities and withdraw its prospectus. SLL also announced at the same time its intention to seek the approval of its debt investors to a scheme of repayment entailing delayed repayment of principal, with continued interest payments.  A copy of the St Laurence announcement is also attached.
