Paul Byrnes is a chartered accountant with 20 years experience in senior and CEO roles in private and listed companies. He joined the Dorchester board in 2004 and is also a director of Hellaby Holdings, power company Top Energy, and a number of private companies.

Mr Matthew Harrison
Matthew Harrison is Managing Director of EC Credit Control, the debt recovery business recently acquired by Dorchester. Matthew joined EC Credit Control in 1998 following senior sales and administration roles in the courier industry. With IT systems investment and expansion into Australia, he has built the business to the largest privately owned debt recovery business operating throughout Australasia. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from Otago University.

Mr John Gosney
John Gosney is a company director and business consultant with extensive management experience and a background in finance and investment with Goldman Sachs and J P Morgan. John has consulted to a number of both private and public companies and holds a B.Com and M.B.A from the University of Otago.

Mr Kevin Brewer
Kevin Brewer is a business consultant with a background in merchant banking, M & A and corporate advisory with Bancorp and KPMG in New Zealand and Australia. He has held senior GM and CEO roles in SKY CITY Entertainment Group including responsibility for the Adelaide business. Kevin is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the University of Auckland.

Mr Greg Peebles
Greg Peebles has had a career of over 35 years with Westpac rising to Chief Credit Officer for New Zealand. Greg, representing Westpac, was a director of TV3 for six years and holds a number of directorships in private companies and trusts including the Hospice South Auckland Charitable Trust.
