Corporate Governance Code

The overall responsibility for ensuring that the company is properly managed to enhance investor confidence through corporate governance and accountability lies with the board of directors.  The board of directors has adopted a corporate governance code ("Code").

The Board is confident that the Code and its governance practices are consistent with the principles identified in the "Corporate Governance in New Zealand Principles and Guidelines" report, released by the New Zealand Securities Commission in 2004.
